I spend a lot of time in Hua Hin either staying at an air bnb in town or out of town, in a mates house located in a gated community near Banyan Golf club. It's absolutely lovely. Lots to do. Beach is lovely (no there's no scuba diving) great when the winds rise for Kite Boarding. Easy to get around songtel, bolt and grab – I own a scooter and it's so easy to park anywhere. Probably only downside is its not great of shopping – but Bangkok is only 3.5 hours away.
Nice. Ill be there in 3 weeks. Staying for 12 days before going to Jomtien for a month. Looking for retirement spots.
Are the beaches clean in Hua Hin? Were dirty in Pattaya
Comparing to Pattaya, do you need your own transportation ? Is there something like songthaews ? What about the rent, cheap foodcourts? Is there a self storage ?
What’s the eating out like…any nice places to get a good breakfast?
