10 Best Places to Visit in Phuket, Thailand Travel GuideAugust 19, 2024
Of all the advice she could have given, this was truly pathetic!
tissues? why?
Another tip is that if your visiting temples please cover up!! Its more respectful 🥰🙏
How do get these western women get such annoying voices like this?

A few other tips:
VERY IMPORTANT. Thailand is a proud, deeply-rooted Buddhist country. As a Buddhist myself, this religion one of peace/harmony/love. Respect their culture and learn to bow toward strangers with your hands clasped at your face like this 🙏🏽. Remember to wear long pants and tops that cover up when visiting their many temples
Cash is king. Have some sort of cash with you handy in case your card is declined
Do not pick fights with people and honor the customs of locals. Thailand as a country is a very proud, peaceful land with good intention. Do not bring western garbage from the US (I’m American) to this warmhearted land
Enjoy!
It should be wonderful and unforgettable fly so many hours from USA to eat KFC,Starbucks and 711.
I'm literally having a vacation in Bangkok right now… IS YOUTUBE STALKING ME?!
That’s Fetch
People who are in Thailand rn👇
“Learn Thai basics”
As a Thai, GOOD FUCKING LUCK 💀
Here are some more tips if you're going to Thailand!
Try more Thai food rather than American fast food places, In Thailand they sell rly good Thai food at restaurants and it's not too expensive depending on where you go.
If you're Muslim like me make sure to always check the ingredients when eating things like sausages, In Thailand they eat a lot of pork, and if you're in a restraunt ask for chicken instead of pork.
There are 7-11s everywhere! and you can get a meal like fried-rice or sandwiches or just snacks like chips or sweets.
Most ppl know at least basic English, I've lived there for 10 years and barley know any Thai (I'm not Thai) and it's not a problem so you don't need to worry that much, just learn simple things like 'Hello' or 'Thank you' or some numbers for money ig.
If you want to order online they use apps like Lazada, Shein, Shopee, Food panda etc. You can use basic apps like youtube, instagram, facebook, tiktok, whatsapp and messenger there too.
Thailand is very polluted tbh but just.. uhh ignore that
It is very hot there y'all so don't bring clothes that are too heavy :/
Whatever you do, DO NOT drink tap water, you have to buy water there. but dw it's very cheap, from my experience you can get a huge bottle of water for around 20 baht (0.54 usd)
Explore things like Malls, beaches, zoos, temples, parks, those r the things i recommend if you're a tourist, but don't wear revealing when going to temples your shoulders need to be covered and take your shoes off before going inside !! (only temples)
This is just from my experience btw ^^
OMG… really? You sound like your 10
Useless tips 😂
Drop the fake annoying LA accent and stop talking like a parrot on crack
Bra why did yt really think I want a western women’s pov can’t even wipe my ssa with this perfect English accent. I was hoping to see some white dude with some docile nice pretty women impressed with clean drinking water. 😠
It’s also not smart to fight in a country where kick boxing is the national sport.
Bro I'm in second grade and in summer I'm going to Thailand but I am not going to eat pig they are haram
Bangkok has cuisines from all over the world and Western Fast Food chain should be your very LAST option imo.
Thai food is great quality food available at the best price. Some days I felt up for a change and went for some Japanese (you get restaurants specializing on sushi, ramen, cafe type foods or katsu) or Chinese (available in all price ranges from full-fledged dinners to lunch type dim sum places) instead. you also get anything from italian, over french, to german, etc. again, thai is the very best option, but why the heck would you ever go for kfc or mcdonalds if you took the pains to travel there from the US?
The most important travel tips for Bangkok imo are these:
– use Grab (like uber) whenever possible to avoid having to haggle for the price
– don't be a fool and do your sightseeing in the midday heat. the thai sun is POWERFUL! be sure to apply/wear plenty of sun protection and stay hydrated. I swear to God, most cases of lose motion people get in thailand has zero to do with any wrong food people had, but rather with people catching a heat stroke fr fr
– for the love of God if you anyhow can, DO NOT DRIVE ANYWHERE on a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon/evening, ESPECIALLY anywhere near to and fro Paragorn mall area. Traffic is at a standstill during those times and you can easily sit in a cab for an hour for a 1km ride. You've got a better shot walking or taking the metro at those times. Better yet, book all your Thai massages and pool times on Friday afternoon/evening. Just avoid getting into any vehicle. Trust me, you'll thank me later
Here's a tip. With AMEX, you'll be slapped with a higher credit card surcharge everywhere, IF they even accept AMEX. Use VISA or MasterCard instead, unless maybe you're an American.
Amex will charge 3% fee of using abroad
